Responsabilitati:

As a Group Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, which includes managing the financial activities of our branches. This position involves strategic financial planning, budgeting, and collaboration with branch managers to ensure each subsidiary's financial health and the organization's overall success.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the entire organization in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for each branch.

Branch Collaboration:

  • Work closely with branch managers to understand their financial needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to ensure the achievement of financial targets at the branch level.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate financial risks across all branches.
  • Implement financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company's assets.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for senior management, highlighting the financial performance of each branch and the overall organization.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • ANAF reporting

Cash Flow Management:

  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity for the entire organization.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and manage working capital efficiently.

Cost Control:

  • Work with branch managers to analyze and control costs within each branch.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.

Cerinte:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional financial certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with branch managers and senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Good English communication abilities
