Our client is an important national producer and distributor of hygiene, household and paper products, and we are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their team.

Location: Iasi

Your role as a #Recruitment Specialist in #FMCG industry will be to manage the full recruitment process for a variety of open positions. You will be the primary point of contact for the candidates and you'll be helping managers to find, hire, and retain quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful running of all recruitment and personnel selection processes;
• Responsible for all stages of the recruitment process as well as for their timely and correct execution;
• Carrying out primary and in-depth selection interviews for various roles in FMCG industry;
• Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications;
• Permanent updating of the candidate database;
• Providing constant feedback to candidates and maintaining an open relationship with them throughout the recruitment process;
• Preparation and presentation of recruitment offers;
• Proposal of new suggestions to improve the recruitment process where necessary.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 1 - 2 years experience in similar recruitment positions (previous experience as a Recruiter in FMCG industry will be a big plus);
• Bachelor degree in Human resources or similar fields;
• Good English skills, both oral and written;
• Desire to grow professionally with networking and ongoing training opportunities;
• Good communication, organisational and time-management skills;
• Driving license - B category.
