Talent Acquisition Specialist with Spanish

We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist with Spanish for our client, a well-known corporation that offers IT services & consulting.
Location: Iasi (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Hiring Managers to understand the requirements and resource high-quality talent that meet their expectations and align with the market profile;
- Source and attract candidates by using various sources (e.g., social media & recruitment platforms);
- Conduct candidate assessments (resume screening, phone interviews and operational interviews);
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding;
- Ensure an overall excellent Talent and Customer experience;
- Qualify and update customer job description specifications;
- Provide constructive feedback to support hiring decisions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field;
- Have a deep understanding of the UK, Spain, and Argentina markets, effectively managing multiple profiles simultaneously;
- At least 3 years recruiting experience;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
