Responsabilitati:
We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Sales & Generalist) for our client, a well-known corporation that offers IT services & consulting.
Location: Iasi (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, from hiring manager liaison, advertising and sourcing, offer management and candidate communications;
Own the recruitment process for IT sales roles, identifying and engaging top sales talent with a strong understanding of tech sales dynamics;
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and various recruitment platforms;
Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process for candidates.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within an in-house or RPO environment;
Strong understanding of and experience in the IT sales talent market;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Understanding of UK employment market trends and talent acquisition best practices;
Organised and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously;
Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines (e.g. IT, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
