HR Generalist

We are recruiting a HR Generalist for our client, a well-known corporation that offers IT services & consulting.
Location: Iasi (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration, checking background documentation, issuing contracts, and supporting all right-to-work checks and wider HR admin tasks for UK Permanent Employees and Contractors;
- Advise on and verify all the documents required for the employee record;
- Undertake contract preparation, issue and signature with UK-based permanent employees and contractors, managing the process of receiving all relevant documents end-to-end;
- Manage through the completion all contract amendments (e.g., changes to main attributes, contract extensions or end-of-contract processes).
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a Shared Services/Global Business Services (GBS) work environment;
- Knowledge of the labour legislation, HR practices and principles in Romania (experience working in UK or other EMEA countries is a plus);
- English - Advanced level;
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
