Onboarding and Legal Data Consultant

We are Crosswork, a company with experience in nationwide recruitment, payroll, and personnel administration services. Our founders, experts and consultants in the broad field of human resources services, established this business in 2006 out of their passion to professionally and comprehensively address the market's needs.
Our client, a multinational company in the legal-tech field, is expanding its team and we are now looking for a person who's willing to get involved in international projects in the Onboarding and Legal Data Consultant role.
Location: Iasi
Ideal candidate:
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced international environment, a legal or public administration background is a plus;
- Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of German, French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian is a plus;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- High level of accuracy in processing information and a keen eye for detail;
- Microsoft Office skills, in particular Excel.
Responsabilities:
- Project managing the client onboarding process from end to end;
- Planning and leading meetings with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Providing the required project documentation and status updates;
- Informing the client about the required data elements;
- Providing user training so that clients are able to use the platform effectively;
- Identifying potential improvements and implementing these changes to the onboarding process where appropriate.
